Guest Ratings & Reviews
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the Magnificent Mile, and I found the hotel to be quiet and spacious. The service was pleasant and professional, although there were some struggles with replenishing items on time. The dining options were good overall, but the prices were a bit high for the offerings.
The hotel's rooms are excellently bright and modern, tastefully decorated to amplify the mid-century simplicity of the Mies van der Rohe building, providing a comfortable stay with lovely views that make it hard to leave. The service goes beyond excellent, striking a perfect balance between warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Its location in a 70s architectural masterpiece by Mies, with exclusive club level perks and stunning river views, adds a unique touch to the experience. The dining experience ranges from beyond delicious options on the club level to some disappointingly poor-quality selections. Facilities are top-notch adding convenience and appeal to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a smart glass separating the bathroom and bedroom, making it feel really modern. The check-in/out space on the 12th floor was a nice touch, especially with the convenient access to the club lounge. The service was exceptional, with friendly and passionate staff going above and beyond. The location was superb, central and close to many attractions. The dining experience was mostly great, although a small hiccup with the menu. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and amenities.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated rooms with a lovely view of the river. While pleasant, the overall experience fell short of a five-star rating.
